- Conversations are logged by us so we can follow up on your request
- We do not use your chat data to train AI models
- You can use our traditional contact form instead at any time
Your rights

- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)

Note: Gutter Brothers only provides gutter installation services within Nevada. We do not cross the California state line for service.
Data retention

- Quote requests that don't result in projects: 2 years
- Active customer records: duration of relationship plus 7 years (for tax and warranty purposes)
- Website usage logs: 12 months
Security
We use reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website, limited employee access to customer data, and secure payment processing through established payment processors. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
